Norbert Campbell is an Industrial Hygienist and a Public Health Inspector with over 30 years’ experience practicing OSH in Jamaica.
Most of those years he served in the OSH programme of the
Ministry of Health, where he became head of the programme.
Norbert’s contribution to the development of OSH in Jamaica includes being a member of the team that developed the suite of
OESH programmes at the UWI and became its founding Coordinator/Lecturer; assisting in the
development of the BSc. Degree in OSH at the UTech; and chairing the multi-partite committee
which revised and piloted the National Insurance
